Sam was very helpful and coordination this great experience with a trial of the car with all features explained and the aspect of the Lexus branding. He introduce us to Steve from financing that did a very thorough explanation of all the financing options. To finalize this purchase we had a IT technician that explained all the technology of the car and programmed phone, music and driving address in our cars.
