It was then onto finance where Kellie Durante was personable and knew her job inside and out. A special shout out to Gary Mariarossi who lead me and guided me through my Lexus experience. RX350 purchase From the time we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, including Kevin and Tina. Tina helped us sort through wh From the time we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, including Kevin and Tina. Tina helped us sort through what was available in all the price ranges. Kevin helped us sort through all those choices. After a test drive, the RX350 met our needs and pricing goals. Tina and Kevin worked together on the various credits and discounts to arrive at an affordable price -- better than buying a previoiusly owned vehicle. Eventually, all went well and we made it into see Kellie, who was very friendly and low pressure on any options we wished to purchase. The information technician went over all the operational details of the vehicle, including helping us old folks put apps on our phones and pair with the vehicle. Ensured we were aware of everything and how to operate it. However, like most car buying days, it was a very long process and took most of the day. If there was one area for improvement -- and not specific to this dealership, but all in general -- is to find ways to shorten the process to a more reasonable time frame than taking all day. It was a bit tiring at the end of the day. The dealership is fantastic in its facility and its personnel. Looking forward to taking advantage of all their extras -- especially the concierge service for getting the vehicle in for services. We live over 30 miles from the dealership, so it will be good to have them come pick up the vehicle for service. Honestly, it was easier to go north than to fight the traffic to go south to a closer dealership. In all, great service from a team of very nice folks. More

Outstanding experience buying another Lexus Sport Coup I traded in my fav car ever, a 2006 SC 430, replacing it it with a 2018 LC 500, which Howard Kent found at another dealership. I first saw this model I traded in my fav car ever, a 2006 SC 430, replacing it it with a 2018 LC 500, which Howard Kent found at another dealership. I first saw this model last Dec 14 when there for the SC 430 service apt. I told Howard this new 2018 was the only car I ever saw that I could possibly replace mine. Months go by til I received a surprise call from Howard in late May telling me of a LC 500 that had just arrived at another dealership and if I wanted to see it, let him know. Told my husband, booked an apt for the next day. Love at first sight & drive. Left for home, we talked it over and decided to return for another look and drive. This time we talked seriously about buying-trading in 2096 lil Red. The rest is history, and we picked up the 2018 LC500 several days later. Not only is Howard an excellent salesman but his proactive approach, knowledge and cordial demeanor are all commendable. That goes for the entire staff...Gen Mgr, Finance Director, Steven,, and tech experts Mark & Rick. All in all, including other staff with whom mbrs we dealt this was a most satisfying experience. I've always been treated with respect and consideration at all Lexus dealerships, but especially at Treasurer Coast Lexus. Carlton was just outstanding in his explanation of the mechanics of our vehicle as well as Mark in his explanation of the technology.
