Marceles was Great, but NOT sure WHY you have your employees and customers interact at dark desks in an open garage in freezing cold temperatures when there is a bight temperature controlled waiting r employees and customers interact at dark desks in an open garage in freezing cold temperatures when there is a bight temperature controlled waiting room 20 feet away. VERY Uncomfortable for customers, and not ideal working conditions or Honda Employees who are trying to provide High Quality Customer Service. More

Came in because of check engine light came on plus needed an oil change. To diagnose my check engine light it cost me $160 (just to figure out the problem, not to fix) then apparently my Honda needed some ty an oil change. To diagnose my check engine light it cost me $160 (just to figure out the problem, not to fix) then apparently my Honda needed some type of computer upgrade which was going to be additional $50 (needed done in order to diagnose or so I was told). After all was said and done they couldn’t find anything wrong. So essentially paid over $300 for an oil change since that was the only actual thing done to my vehicle. The cost is ridiculous and since nothing was wrong I should’ve been given some money off. More
