Marco and his team did everything for us remotely. He kept us updated every step of the way by text and phone. Marco seemed honest and reliable, quickly building trust, offered us an amazing level of service and kept his word about helping us solve our imminent transportation problem. He was extremely attentive and he listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. The team demonstrated excellent vehicle knowledge and entirely focused on the vehicle we needed as opposed to trying to sell us something else. Both Elker and Marco immediately called to congratulate us, once the deal went through. There was no drama, no fuss, no hassle. We had our new 8 passager Suburban delivered to our home the next day, on time, to the minute! We are delighted to recommend Marco and his team at Jimmy Britt.
