The appearance of your dealership was excellent. The sale process lasted into the late evening but Marcos did a great job getting the financing all worked out. The next morning I went out to drive my truck to work and discovered some damage to the hood of my vehicle. I contacted Luis and he said right then the "he would take care of it". I was really distraught but I had confidence in Luis. He stayed in contact with me. Had me bring in the vehicle and arranged a loaner vehicle. When I got my vehicle back it looked great! Damage was repaired and he also installed a missing chrome piece around the fog light. This was the same piece that I asked my salesman about and he said he "couldn't find one". The Dealership was clean and had a large variety of cars and SUVs and the people were really friendly. All though I have never experienced an unsettling experience with the finance department, the person th and SUVs and the people were really friendly.
