3 times and issue is not resolved with the transmission. Now it is ticking again like last time the day I brought it home. Communication is an overarching problem at this location. There’s an over reliance on an automated system that is, at best, too buggy to be trusted. I’m also beyond irritated that the service department seems to think it is ok to take someone’s car and ignore it for two days because no one is checking on parts or asking if one repair can be delayed. The department seems to think it is “no big deal” to be without a car while they dither around. A repair where we had an appointment to come in should not take three days. That being said, we are still waiting on a part that is “on order” but won’t be here until next month. I have very little faith the arrival of the part will be communicated. We only come here because the service department at Greenway is much worse. More

No comment on dealership side of it (sales) but the service department they sure do care about the customers needs even though the process sometimes can take longer than usual to find the problem.
