My oil change was completed as it was supposed to be. I had asked for my car to be washed which when I came to pick it up it wasn’t but Marcous ran it through himself when I got there. I dropped my car off in the morning at 8am and it took until 3pm for it to be completed which I wasn’t super jazzed about but seems to be common when I drop my car off with you guys. Marcous is always super polite and is quick to take car of me when I arrive, he has been my service advisor the last two times I have visited the dealership and I have no complaints regarding his customer service, he’s awesome. More

I have scheduled change oil for 5 times, and besides I arrived on time in dealership, took about 20 minutes to get to me. And las time arrived on time , after 2:30 hours, I came to pick the car and was n arrived on time in dealership, took about 20 minutes to get to me.
