This is my first time here and I must say.. the customer service here is spectacular! Such a breath of fresh air from the other Jeep Wrangler in colonial drive. He was so sweet, so nice, so understanding. Literally an overall angel on this earth. He helped me and explained certain things on my vehicle. He got me taken care of right away and it was such a smooth interaction. This is such a great experience and I can’t wait to make this my go to service center for my car. Need to improve availability of parts on hand and more technicians to expedite the work load. It should not have taken more than 24 hrs to replaced a battery that was still under warranty, where as, a re technicians to expedite the work load.
