COVID aside, sales and service expectations were not met Our original salesperson was put on furlough after he told us he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate of the value of our trade-in. Our original salesperson was put on furlough after he told us he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate of the value of our trade-in. It wasn't done. He was furloughed due to COVID, his boss was furloughed and no one followed up. They were advertising heavily, but no one was following up. We eventually called and emailed til we found someone who followed up. Once we bought the car, the interior had dirt and grime on the head visors and doors. Not something we expected. We had purchased/leased 6 cars over the years from NSLX, but this was probably the worst experience we had. We hope they can either choose to manage their workforce or advertise - - you just can't do one without the other. More

Best car buying experience ever! This was my first Lexus purchase, and to be honest I was a little intimidated walking in. The building is beautiful and staff was waiting for us as s This was my first Lexus purchase, and to be honest I was a little intimidated walking in. The building is beautiful and staff was waiting for us as soon as we stepped inside. Immediately my intimidation was put at ease, as the staff kindly asked us what they could help with and directed us to Ashley. Ashley was amazing! She was not what I have experience dealing with car sales people in the past. She was not pushy, she listened to my wants and needs and directed me to cars that checked all of my boxes. In no time, I found exactly what I wanted! My husband asked about promotions that were being offered at the time and we were offered 2K off our new car purchase! Just another amazing perk! We were walked to financing, which the process went equally as smooth. We had previously asked that the car windows be tinted and expected to wait after financing, however as soon as we walked out Ashley had already taken care of that as well! The tint job was done! We were then directed to Victoria, she helped me with downloading my Lexus app. She walked me through all of the detail of the app and through the entire car. I can't say enough great things about Lexus and my Lexus experience. I was always told by other Lexus owners how wonderful Lexus is but now I am a part of the family and here to stay! Thank you to everyone that helped us... P.S. I LOVE MY CAR!!! More
