Not only were they efficient, they were extremely thoughtful in how they explained what was needed to service my 2012 Jetta GLI. I was interested in the new Jetta 20221/22 and they introduced me to Sales Team, and again Shannon exceeded expectations. She took her time explaining the new model, looked for and found the EXACT car I was planning to purchase. Bottom line could not be happier with the service and the whole organization.
