I recently bought a 2019 Audi S4 from Kia of Port Charlotte, and my experience was truly exceptional. Kyle Todd, my salesman, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He to Charlotte, and my experience was truly exceptional. Kyle Todd, my salesman, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He took his time to explain the features and benefits of each vehicle, making sure I fully understood my options. He was also very patient during my decision-making process, allowing me to take my time and consider my choices. I would recommend going to Kia for your next car, new or used. The person that initially took my call (I believe it was Maria) was great and very helpful. The person that checked me in also was good as was the service manager who communicated with me throughout the pro Maria) was great and very helpful. The person that checked me in also was good as was the service manager who communicated with me throughout the process. Fixed my problem pretty quickly. Let me tell ya – 2nd time for needed service, Difference from the first one - BETTER, and that was hard to do! Falisha, Aja and Maria were shortchanged. I wish I could have given them an 11 instead of a 10 from the first one - BETTER, and that was hard to do! Falisha, Aja and Maria were shortchanged. I wish I could have given them an 11 instead of a 10 !!.. I travel 45 minutes to get there - could be longer – would still go !!.. If you think this review is fake - the only thing fake is your thought. GO EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, More
