Great service. The technicians and sales people alike are very polite and helpful. The lounge area is always clean and stocked with coffee, snacks and reading material while you wait. Over the last month, we visited Davis once for service on our old car and then several test drives on new car options. John C. was our sales consultant and he only ever wanted us to be happy - finding time w our old car and then several test drives on new car options. John C. was our sales consultant and he only ever wanted us to be happy - finding time without the kids to test drive and make up our minds was the most challenging part. However, throughout multiple calls, emails, and in person consultations, John helped us get into the car we wanted! We never felt pressure from John or anyone we discussed our potential purchase with. They didn't have the exact car we wanted (RDX A-Spec in Black), so they made sure to get it for us, and he really helped facilitate the price to meet our wish list. Even after the purchase, John has continued to be responsive to any questions we've posed. In addition, we had very helpful discussions with the parts manager (Mark) to help us figure out the options/accessories that we were looking for. This is our second purchase with Davis, and we will be back and also referring people there! More
