Not sure if the issue is this dealership or the larger Mercedes/Envision customer experience. I miss the old Penske customer experience as we have bought from this dealership for over 25 years. I am still unclear about my warranty as I didn't get the call back as promised. I might buy from the Arcadia dealership next time. More
