Very Disappointed. On 2/19/2024 brought car in for front and rear diff. fluid change also transmission fluid change that was recommended as needed to be done by the dea On 2/19/2024 brought car in for front and rear diff. fluid change also transmission fluid change that was recommended as needed to be done by the dealer .on 2/6/2024. Total bill was $718.76.The next day i received from the dealer a coupon for $80 off my bill if i spent over $700. The coupon had to be mailed by the dealer before i had the service on the 19th. On the 20th I called to see if they would deduct the coupon from my bill and a girl there said she was sure they would but she would check with the manager. The next day she called me to say the manager would not give me the discount. No way to treat a customer that has been going there for 25 years. On the 21st Zak contacted me and said that the manager would issue me a credit for about $80 toward future service on my car. I am very well pleased with the decision and would like to thank all who were involved with my situation. Thanks Bob More
