Worst car buying experience ever and I bought please of cars out of state Javier and Mario where very unprofessional and did not disclose what I was buying When the contracts where signed they acted like cars out of state Javier and Mario where very unprofessional and did not disclose what I was buying When the contracts where signed they acted like different people very unprofessional and impolite my car was polished and was delivered with massive swirl marks Aftermarket parts where done to engine which was never disclosed during purchase process I highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase More

I was happy to find the exact car that was advertised & it was in beautiful shape. I felt heard when asking questions and expressing concerns. The team made the experience comfortable. I was happy with my treatment & satisfied with the transaction. My only hic-up was that I was told there would be a 90 day warranty but when we signed the paperwork, I was told there was no warranty. When I communicated that I was told there would be, the finance manager apologized but that simply was not the case. I made sure to have a Pre-Purchsse Inspection by an independent mechanic within my 72 hour window to back out of the transaction and it passed with only 1 minor issue that I can deal with considering the rest of the inspection was stellar. Ultimately I'm OK with the outcome but it was disappointing to learn at that final stage of the transaction. I do, however, recognize that it was clear that Infinity of Lynnwood did a very good job of preparing the car for sale. I appreciate that very much & am very happy overall that I found the car and color I wanted. More

I had a great experience with everyone at the dealership! They worked with me to secure the car I wanted, before I was even able to view it in person.
