We had met with Luis Martinez a few days ago and made an appointment in hopes of purchasing a new car. When we started the negotiations we were going to purchase the lower model of the Tacoma. At the end we ended with a higher end model. Luis Martinez was very courteous, nice and professional. He really did the best to help us out. The things that he was telling was the truth. How do I know that?? Because of my friends who were sales reps and who recently bought this particular vehicle told me many of things he told us. Luis is great, very knowledgeable and honest and I can appreciate and respect that. We also dealt with Marion the director of finance, she was also very helpful and explained a few things in detail about the finance. I can't speak highly enough of Luis and Marion. We were very pleased with not only our purchase, but the professionalism of this particular team. Everyone was helpful and ready to answer questions we had. We would definitely come back and purchase another vehicle from this dealer. My husband and I are very pleased. THANK YOU!!! More

They bent over backwards to get me a great deal. I will recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota should only go to Ventura Toyota. I shopped at other dealers and they were the best by far. My salesman, Luis Martinez, was fantastic. After I drive the car, with Luis, I was hooked. He made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Before I left the lot, Luis took a lot of time to explain to me how everything worked inside the car. Jaime, the sales manager was exceptional in working with Luis to get the monthly payment to be where it had to be. He is a great manager. Johnny Flores, the financial service manager, besides being professional and helpful was also very nice. He even got me a danish and my girlfriend a soda, as we had not eaten and were thirsty. Everyone that I dealt with in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new Rav-4. We returned to the dealership a second time and Luis patiently again went over the programming procedures for my fiancé as well as myself. We opted to buy their " Finishing Touch" protection plan from Marion Swain. She was very nice and helpful. All and all, everyone we have met and dealt with at Ventura Toyota have been wonderful and it's been a pleasure doing business with all of them. More
