I ordered a Ford Bronco in October of 2021 from Flood Ford working with Joe Cicchetti Jr. During my 16 months of waiting for the vehicle to be built, Joe was extremely responsive every time I had a ques Ford working with Joe Cicchetti Jr. During my 16 months of waiting for the vehicle to be built, Joe was extremely responsive every time I had a question about pricing, manufacturing, shipping or delivery. During that time, the vehicle had to be re-ordered as a 2023 model year, which prompted many questions on my part. Marissa Flood and Joe helped me through that process, answering my questions and making sure the new order was submitted properly. When the vehicle arrived in February of 2023, it had a minor blemish on the steering wheel, which I probably would not have noticed or cared about. Joe mentioned this to me before we even came to pick it up and had his detailer repair it. He also made sure I received the price protection amounts that I was entitled to since I ordered the vehicle in 2021. I was out of town when the vehicle arrived at the dealership so the purchase and registration paperwork had to be handled via overnight mail, which Paulette Matteson did extremely well. I would highly recommend Joe, Marissa, Paulette and Flood Ford for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. More

John is a really great person to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable and easy going. If you don’t like stereotypical salespeople, then you’ll find John to be a huge breath of fresh air.
