I met with Mark on day one to go over cars I liked and while I was waiting for Mark and Carlos were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I met with Mark on day one to go over cars I liked and while I was waiting for the cars to test drive always offered me a refreshment. He made it fun to car shop and check out new cars. After going through all the cars I was interested in, he gave me a recommendation on what he thought might interest me. I drove away in a 2015 Kia Optima SX and i couldn’t be happier. Carlos made the Finance part easy and painless while helping me out and explaining everything in detail before I signed anything. I will only use Bourne for now on! More
