During my last visit, my tires were rotated. The lugnuts on the front tire were not tightened properly. I found this out when my wheel almost came off while driving on 77. I was stranded and had to wait two hours for AAA to come and they discovered the problem. Thankfully I pulled off instead of going as I was told my wheel was close to falling off. No on has touched that wheel since my tires were rotated. This was a dangerous mistake for your service department to make. And I missed going to the ACC basketball tournament since I was stranded for so long. Not good. 🫤 More
