Absolutely horrible! Spent 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had an appt. for. (at least they didn't charge the $3.90 for "shop supplies" for a tire rotation) Backed car out of my garage that afternoon only to find a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Was able to get under vehicle with my socket and was able to et 3/4 of turn on the oil drain plug!!! Amazingly no more leak! More
