4 hours well spent! I scheduled a free battery check and oil change. Battery did need replacing, agreed to cleaning of all “lines” (fuel & engine) along with Oil change. I scheduled a free battery check and oil change. Battery did need replacing, agreed to cleaning of all “lines” (fuel & engine) along with Oil change. Not realizing it would take at least 3-4 hours I went ahead with it and was able to make several return phone calls, schedule appointments and planning an upcoming road trip to Nashville! Time well spent! More

Great customer service and quality mechanics! Mark B. was friendly, and professional. Great Got to my appointment on 6/13 and there was no wait. I got checked in and Mark took the time to walk around my car with me and explained what I neede Got to my appointment on 6/13 and there was no wait. I got checked in and Mark took the time to walk around my car with me and explained what I needed to complete. When I said I didn’t have enough money to do everything he did not try to pressure me at all, he was willing to work with me. He said the car would be finished by 11 and to my surprise it was completed before that. He reviewed exactly what was completed and thanked me for brining my car in. This is one of the best experiences I had with a service department. I used to be a service writer and I really like that he did not speak to me like I was an idiot even though I was a woman. More
