I spent 13,000$ on a new engine and everyone told me it would be less expensive if I didn't use a dealership. I like Bennett Chevy and Mark and I try to be loyal. I've bought 2 trucks from Bennett but I was originally told my gas cap code light that was on in my warning code was a 25$ part and the labor would be an hour. Then I brought it back and it wound up being something else and the 125$ part was almost 400$ to put in. It's not the service dept fault, they did give me option to not get it done, but I just felt like I could of been helped out with this substantial repair cost since I just paid 13 grand. I spent my last penny on this unexpected cost. I'm just xxxxxx off. Nothing personal. Mark is nice guy and helps me out when I bring the truck in. I try to be loyal and it doesn't feel like it was reciprocated. More
