From the politeness of the female front desk employee who answered the phone and invited us in, Brad in sales who guided us through the process of trading in two vehicles and then purchasing a Fit, Scott in finance who made the financing paperwork as easy as 1 2 3 , and finally to Mark (who explained to us old people all the new features of the 2019 Fit we purchased.
