I worked with Luis and he is a stand up guy. He was extremely flexible with means of communication. There was some miscommunication when speaking with one of luis’ co workers in regards to finances, but he did everything in his power to make up for it. And boy did he show up with an amazing deal. He lowered my monthly payment AND was able to cut down on fees due at signing. My only regret was that I didn’t get to work with Luis face to face more because he truly was a pleasure to work with. i was taken care of start to finish. Mark Ellis Jr was amazing and showed me all the new features to the car. Rob Stewart was the finance manager (the guy you sign the contract with). He was extremely patient with all of my questions when reviewing the contract. I am confident when I say you can trust Mohawk Honda to take care of you. They were not deceiving in any way and you can trust their business ethics. More
