The Sales Dept. was top notch. Mark Ellis answered all our questions and concerns and Jake Hewitt showed us how all the controls and functions worked on our "Certified Used" Honda HR-V. Our problem occurr our questions and concerns and Jake Hewitt showed us how all the controls and functions worked on our "Certified Used" Honda HR-V. Our problem occurred in the Finance Dept.. We made an appointment with Rob Stewart for 3 pm and arrived early, after our 60 mile drive from home. The dealership was very busy handling customers, so we took a seat and waited. Rob spoke to us at 4 pm, saying he was sorry about the delay. It was about 4:30 when Rob started the paperwork for our purchase, with us being the last customers buying a car that day. The paperwork was completed about 5 pm and Rob gave us a couple certificates for an oil change for our being inconvenienced. By now it was dark and I was unfamiliar with both the vehicle I was driving, and the area I was in. This was not the scenario I imagined when we received a 3 pm appointment, hence my 4 star ranking. More

Generally a great experience with information about the vehicle I was buying like the Carfax. However, it was clear that knowledge about the specific car I was buying (Honda Clarity) was limited. For examp vehicle I was buying like the Carfax. However, it was clear that knowledge about the specific car I was buying (Honda Clarity) was limited. For example, the vehicle's battery was extremely low because the car had been set to only charge after 11 pm (probably the previous owner's doing). It probably never got a charge the entire time it was at Mohawk Honda. I found through my shopping experience that car dealerships do not know much about the hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles they are selling, I can't give Mohawk Honda 5 stars because of this. More

Overall a great experience. Mark and Prince took great care of myself and family. I appreciated thier friendliness and knowledge and when then didnt know something they didnt BS thier way through the answ care of myself and family.
