Both the sales staff and the service staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and congenial. Our experience with the first CRV was so good that we went back to Mohawk Honda this summer to purchase a 2020 CRV Hybrid. No matter when we were here, even though the employees walking by us, but not serving us, they greeted us. That was the reason why we decided to come back. Disappointingly, we didn't see the same kind of services and friendliness as we have been getting this time and we were here twice for this same deal. It was a long waiting time. The salesman had multiple customers to deal with while we were there. We made an appointment for the first visit. We were there from 11am to almost 3:30pm. That was an awful long time in between, there was at least an hour of waiting time. Then, we still had to wait while we signed the financial paper and picked up the car. If next time is the same, I would re-consider about it. One great thing was the technician, Mark, who went through thoroughly with us about the functions of the car. I must say that it was the best experience among our 4 Hondas. More

Simple buying experience I went in to trade in or buy my Accord and ended up leasing a new one. Working with Mike, Jamison, Sondra, and Mark was excellent. They were honest I went in to trade in or buy my Accord and ended up leasing a new one. Working with Mike, Jamison, Sondra, and Mark was excellent. They were honest and friendly with all information and provided me what I needed to lease a new vehicle. The entire process was seamless and done within a few hours. Their Covid precautions were second to none! You can tell that Mohawk cares about their customers having a good experience and leaving with a great deal. We have visited several dealerships over the past few months as we were trying to decide what type of car to purchase. The experience we had at Mohawk Honda was markedly better then any place else we vis months as we were trying to decide what type of car to purchase. We had excellent service then, and have since bought two cars from this dealership. We will definitely return In the future. More

Mark Ellis Jr. has a nice personality but we feel he didn't give us a break on the deal. When we traded for the 2017, we felt like we got more for the money. We don't think that anyone helped Mark hel didn't give us a break on the deal. When we traded for the 2017, we felt like we got more for the money.
