I had the car transported to the dealer to have it checked out to decide if we wanted to keep it. I informed them that i was told it had a valve cover gasket leak. They inspected the car and informed me the leak was normal. So, I went ahead with a B service and a complete detail. We next had four new tires installed. We presented the car to our son and after driving it the smell of burning oil was so bad inside the cabin that we are disappointed that we had invested that amount in the car. The initial concern that was expressed is still an issue. More

Doesn’t live up to the hype I bought an S550 in 2015. It was too difficult to get in and out of for me and my wife. I wanted to trade it less than a year and less than 12k miles I bought an S550 in 2015. It was too difficult to get in and out of for me and my wife. I wanted to trade it less than a year and less than 12k miles for an MB SUV. They discounted my car by $38K as a trade. So much for MB retaining its resale value. I had three warranty repairs in the first year including new front brake rotors. I put five new tires on the car in about 18 months at $500 a pop. I did trade the car after 2 years and three months with less than 32k miles. By then the value was less than half of what I paid for the car. It is a great road car that is pretty roomy and very comfortable once you are in. It lacked basic technology like remote start and auto dimming brights. I made a bad decision for me to buy that car. It was an expensive mistake. I am very happy to be back in a truck. More

I have had a horrible experience with this purchase ! we bought this 2015 GLK 350 last December. I had it in the service center the same month to have them fix a 'noise" I was hearing. It took them over 1 we bought this 2015 GLK 350 last December. I had it in the service center the same month to have them fix a 'noise" I was hearing. It took them over 10 months and over 7 times for me to take this car in to be "serviced" before "( I believe) they even took me seriously! All have been jerks except Mark Escobar. If I had the chance to do this again, I would literally RUN!! I have been affected negatively because of this experience. More

Mark Escobar knew exactly what to tell the tech team s I had a couple of tricky issues with my '14 GL450 purchased as a CPO from MB of the Woodlands.
