Such a great experience leasing my new Buick 2020 Encore @ Crown Buick in St. Petersburg! This is my 7th Buick...My 2nd Encore which I obviously LOVE. My lease was up and I knew exactly what I wanted, wh @ Crown Buick in St. Petersburg! This is my 7th Buick...My 2nd Encore which I obviously LOVE. My lease was up and I knew exactly what I wanted, which was exactly what I had. I emailed the dealership with the details on what I was seeking and within 30 minutes, Anthony Crevello replied telling me he would be happy to do the deal. I was able to complete most of what was needed online. The rest was done in a safe and socially distant way. Irma called to verify, switch and set up my auto insurance. This is a fairly new step in the car leasing process, that really made me happy and saved me the hassle of having to do it. She was personable, efficient and fun to work with. Our finance specialist, Mark Fernandez had my paperwork ready to go and was efficient and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick, easy and a very positive experience. Looking for a car?
