I had the best experience at GMC about 4 years ago when I bought a used car and came back to get a new one and had an even better experience. Beryl Mokros was an absolute angel. There simply isn’t enough positive things I could say about our entire experience at Crown GMC. I previously purchased a new GMC at Dick Norris and (I thought) I had my heart set on returning there due t about our entire experience at Crown GMC. I previously purchased a new GMC at Dick Norris and (I thought) I had my heart set on returning there due to my previous experience. However, due to low inventory I couldn’t find what I wanted and needed there so I turned to Crown (who, p.s. had a much larger inventory of Sierra’s). Beryl was there to meet us at the door with a smile on his face and his wonderful personality to match. I had already done my (very, very extensive) research and I knew exactly what I was looking for. We test drove my dream truck and the rest was history. Every moment of the sales process was fun, easy going, laid back, and customer focused. Beryl is NOT your typical car salesperson and that is the EXACT experience we were searching for. Simply no pressure and lots of laughs. He made it so easy, dare I say... enjoyable. Yes, definitely enjoyable. Lastly, we were assisted by Mark for financing. He was so incredibly gracious, friendly, explaining everything, and answering all of our many questions. He made the large purchase much less daunting and even secured us better financing. He made us feel at right at ease. We thank you both so much for staying oh-so-late for us (hours past closing) to ensure we had an amazing experience. Because it was so late we came back the next day to get our new vehicle detail and Beryl spent another hour or more with me going over MyGMC, ensuring I got set-up and enrolled and learned the many tech features I have never had before. I am beyond happy about this experience and being able to take home my dream vehicle. It hasn’t even hit me yet that this beautiful truck belongs to me. Funny enough I already had someone ask me where I purchased it and I already referred them to Crown and to Beryl. Bottom line, it was an awesome experience and we wouldn’t have had it happen any other way. Coming to Crown and having Beryl was absolute fate. That’s how we see it. Thank you so much for everything Beryl. It was wonderful and we would love to do it again in the future. More
