I'm a retired school business mgr who purchased several vehicles from Southoak Dodge. They were always the best to deal with so when I needed a new van I dug out my business cards and sent them ini several vehicles from Southoak Dodge. They were always the best to deal with so when I needed a new van I dug out my business cards and sent them initial emails followed up by telephone calls. They came through again with immediate responses and the best price/deal overall. I live in Oak Lawn but it was well worth the drive to purchase through Southoak Dodge! I would highly recommend this dealership and Rene Levy in particular. They know how to respond to needs and listen carefully to all requirements to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price! After shopping around and visiting quite a few Jeep dealerships, I decided to contact South Oak even though I live in the north suburbs and they were over an hour away. I initally worked with Shannon dealerships, I decided to contact South Oak even though I live in the north suburbs and they were over an hour away. I initally worked with Shannon Guest via the internet and Shannon quickly provided me a quote on a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and was also able to give me an accurate estimate on my trade-in which most dealers will not do without you walking through their door. At no time did I feel any pressure to stop by and was not subject to any game playing that the Jeep dealership in Downers Grove tried to pull. I decided to make the trip to South Oak and it was well worth my time. I spoke with their sales manager Mark Hester who had me work with their sales consultant Ryan Ganser. Ryan clearly explained all of the features on the vehicle that I was interested in and he was very knowledgable about the product. Again I did not feel pressured whatsoever and felt very comfortable working with Ryan. After agreeing on the vehicle that I liked I gave him the pricing that Shannon and I agreed to over e-mail. Mark then approved that pricing, no questions asked. I then worked with Al in finance who got me a great rate and was a great guy as well. Again, no pressure to add extended warranty's or any other add-on's. This whole process took less than two hours and I headed home in my new Jeep. This was by far the best car buying experience that I ever had.The pricing and service that I received from Shannon, Ryan, Mark and Al where second to none and I would highly recommned them. I usually trade in my vehicle every couple of years and there is no doubt that I will be back to South Oak. More

My time is my most valuable asset and none of it was wasted dealing with South Oak Dodge. Most of out transaction was conducted over the phone. Upon agreeing on the terms of the purchase, we were told to come to the dealership and the vehicle would be ready and we could be on our way in 30 minutes. When we arrived, our new vehicle was being washed and fueled. All paperwork was prepared and awaiting signatures. Time spent with the finance manager was a matter of 10 minutes at most. Leo then escorted us to the vehicle , explained the features of the vehicle to us and we were on our way. They made buying a vehicle the enjoyable experience it's supposed to be. Thanks again More

We have purchased 3 other vehicles from South Oak over the years and we have always been satisfied with the service and the value we have received there. Sales personnel are friendly and helpful, but not the years and we have always been satisfied with the service and the value we have received there. Sales personnel are friendly and helpful, but not "pushy". They have always worked with us to come up with a price that was better that any other dealer and that we were happy with. They have always had a great selection of new vehicles so that we have been able to find a car in stock that fit our needs perfectly. The service department has always been prompt and professional, getting the repairs right the first time and on time, at a reasonable price. More
