It's been a pleasure doing business with John Lipe my salesman since 2019 I'm very satisfied with the service from sales to insurance department (Leo) and service department (Amy) We purchased 3 promas salesman since 2019 I'm very satisfied with the service from sales to insurance department (Leo) and service department (Amy) We purchased 3 promaster 3500 cargo vans in 2019 and also (1) 1500 Ram Pickup truck. This year (2023) we just purchased (1) 2500 promaster van at the beginning of the year and also order a custom build promaster van that was just picked up last week. I will continue giving my business to South Oak dodge and John, Thank you so much John!!!! More

I recently purchased a new factory ordered Dodge Challenger. My sales rep was Faris Yasin. I was notified when the car came in and that he personally went over the car for me because I am currently Challenger. My sales rep was Faris Yasin. I was notified when the car came in and that he personally went over the car for me because I am currently out of state. When the car was delivered there was a chip in the door and right away Faris wanted to blame the transport company. He was extremely nervous on the phone as if he knew something was wrong. The chip was caused because of the door being out of alignment from the factory when it was manufactured. Lucky enough I was texted many pictures that when I zoomed in, you can see the chip was already there at the dealership. There are other things wrong with the car besides the chip. The dealership refuses to take any responsibility for this car. The GM Mark Hester even told me on the phone with others listening for proof "it's a Dodge, it's not going to be perfect, things happen". The President Denny Guest who emails you about welcome to the family has yet to respond to any of my emails. So here is my suggestion to anyone wanting to buy anything in the Dodge family. If things go right you got lucky. If things go wrong you are on your own and screwed with this dealership! These people will do absolutely nothing for you. Do NOT buy from this salesman or this dealership!!!!!!!! More

Was in the market for cargo vans for the business and a colleague referred me to South Oak. Was put in touch with John Lipe. Folks, this guy knows his stuff. First spoke with him at 1pm on Friday. In l colleague referred me to South Oak. Was put in touch with John Lipe. Folks, this guy knows his stuff. First spoke with him at 1pm on Friday. In less than 24 hours, John had secured business financing for not one but three cargo vans!. I was at the location signing paperwork the following day. All the people at South Oak went above and beyond. Now I will start using their service facilities, driving past several other Ram dealerships because of their great customer service. Highly recommended! More

Very poor service don’t communicate to the customer about their vehicle who ever this Jarrett is a liar he told me my vehicle was being worked on this was July 13 told me he would call me the following Tuesd their vehicle who ever this Jarrett is a liar he told me my vehicle was being worked on this was July 13 told me he would call me the following Tuesday july18 with a update about my vehicle well he never did so I gave it a couple more days trying not to rush the job called so called Friday and they kept playing phone tag at this point I’m on 10 went up there July 25 and was informed that they had put my vehicle back together and had never did the job now here come the service manager Mark who was clueless to the situation he running around trying to find out what happened still don’t know so now a new tech is working on my vehicle they are so full of crap up there I’m thinking about purchasing a new vehicle but I wouldn’t give them the time of day let alone my money this place sucks More
