Hi my name is Mark! I have been selling cars for Shields for about 4 years now. It has been a very rewarding and fun experience. Working with people seems to be my strong point. Buying a car these days can be a tough process with the many different vehicle choices and technology options. I am here to take all the time you need to make sure you are purchasing the vehicle that will best fit your personal needs. I was born and raised in Rantoul and have lived here most of my adult life. I am married and have 4 amazing children. I love to cook in my spare time for my family and just love trying out new foods. We have two Labradors at home, Bailey and Phoebe, that seem to rule the house. I am very blessed and just enjoy spending time with family and making new friends and memories together.

Very nice people I chose to go with shields in Rantoul, IL based on the reviews I had read. I was really nervous going in but they were very nice to me (they did not s I chose to go with shields in Rantoul, IL based on the reviews I had read. I was really nervous going in but they were very nice to me (they did not seem like vultures at all lol). My sales rep was MARK KEYES. For those worried about their credit score do not worry, mine wasnt a great score. They worked with what I brought to the table. I still believe I recieved a great deal for an awesome car with very low mileage!!! They have vehicles for any situation that you are in. Their sales manager Ben was really nice and funny. They do everything for you so you dont have to go to the DMV which is great because no one likes the DMV. Mark even filled my tank before I drove off with it. Mark and Ben were very apologetic cause I did have to do some waiting but I didnt care for the wait cuz it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you to Mark and Ben for working with me. I am happy with my car!! Go see Mark. You will be in good hands. More

Hyundai Elantra! Mark was amazing in finding us this gem of a used car! They worked with us even when we showed up last minute. I stopped in on my lunch hour to test drive a truck. They were more than helpful to get me a test drive, even on my lunch hour.
