When the time came for me to buy a new car, Mark and Cityside Subaru were important factors in my choosing a Subaru again. The service department has been professional, friendly, and helpful over the years as well. When I went into Cityside Subaru to select a car, Mark made it very easy by knowing me, my tastes and needs, and a thorough knowledge of what Subaru had to offer. He accompanied me on a test drive, after which I was able to make the purchase quickly. When I went back to pick up the car, he welcomed me, his colleague Tom D'Alessandro was friendly and knowledgeable with the finance paperwork, and Mark was back with the inspected car very quickly. He explained and demonstrated new features and set up bluetooth phone system and radio preferences. Overall, it was as smooth and pleasant experience as I could possibly have had. I'm completely satisfied with my experience. More

This is our third Subaru from CitySide and the experience has been great each time. We worked with Mark (and before with Flavio who was also great) and he made the experience seamless. He worked with us to get the Ascent we wanted at the right price without any hassle, and worked with us to give us fair value on our trade-in. We can’t remember the managers name, but the reason why we always go back to CitySide is that they never feel like they are selling us. They are just trying to help us make the best decision - and do it in a decidedly low-key way. I’ve interacted with a lot of other dealers and thats why we keep going back to CitySide. That and Subaru. Except for perhaps Tesla, there’s no other car we plan to own. They are just the best. More
