I would highly recommend Subaru of Surprise! Working with Marc Stephenson was painless and an overall great experience. I appreciated that Marc listened to what we were looking for and was able to get us everything on our list plus more! After recently buying another vehicle with a different dealership I was frustrated with all of the hidden fees and lack of transparency, but this was not the case at Subaru of Surprise. It was nice to have honesty and all pricing up front. Hands down the best customer service! Go see Marc, you'll be glad you did! More

took our new subaru in for repair as we purchased it in Bellevue, Washington and went on a road trip, we found the air conditioner didn't work. We had scheduled an appt, and the service rep diagnosed the Bellevue, Washington and went on a road trip, we found the air conditioner didn't work. We had scheduled an appt, and the service rep diagnosed the car instead of a repairman looking at it. The service rep thought it was the condenser, and said we would have to take it back to bellevue to be fixed, as they didn't have the part. It wound up being a gasket in the backed missed at installation time, a 15 minute fix, had the repairman looked at it, and the service rep claiming he knew what was wrong. We wound up borrowing a car and paid them $100 as it was in the 90's in Goodyear, Arizona and was too hot to drive around. Took it to Bellevue when we got home. The worst service we have ever had with subaru and the general manager could have cared less. We learned unless you buy the car there, they really don't want to help fix it. Your TV advertisement says differently. More

We decided to trade in our current vehicle, a truck, and wanted a SUV “something smaller, more gas efficient and would fit into our garage”. We looked at a few different brands, started getting trade value wanted a SUV “something smaller, more gas efficient and would fit into our garage”. We looked at a few different brands, started getting trade values and researching different dealerships. Some dealerships lowballed the trade offer while others would add huge dealer markups or “mandatory dealer added options”. Subaru Superstore of Surprise was the only one that was almost the same as Vroom, Carvana and Carmax,”within just a very few hundred $$ and not enough to matter”, they weren’t high pressure like some of the others “I really dislike high pressure salesmen, that makes me turn and walk out”. David “our sales person” was very easy to work with, did his best to figure out what vehicles they had coming in and what options fell within our price range, we settled on a 2021 Crosstrek Sport and couldn’t be happier. David also kept in touch letting me know the status of the vehicle and delivery date. I also liked how they price their vehicles, very few dealer add-ons and the ones that were there were reasonable, “needed tinting and door edge guards anyway”, and they didn’t do any non-negotiable “dealer financed options” in the final quote. We had that happen at another dealership “different make/model” while shopping and while they insisted that they didn’t do “market adjustments” the $4k of mandatory add-ons “which were not worth $4k” were still in my view “market adjustments”, Subaru Superstore of Surprise did not try pull this at all. As far as the physical dealership, Subaru Superstore of Surprise has to be one of the cleanest dealerships I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in a long time, “even the shop was spotless”. Their customer waiting area was very well laid out, and they had free soda, water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks “plenty to have during your wait”. After our vehicle came in the finance officer was very easy to deal with, didn’t push the added options much and didn’t seem disappointed when I passed on some options “we did add maintenance and extended warranty as the price was extremely reasonable”. A few years ago I’ve actually had a loan officer throw a pen down on his desk “with force” and looked upset when I said I didn’t want some add-ons “walked out on that deal then and there”. When we actually went out to pick up the vehicle it was sitting in a nice garaged area just for new customer pickups, “another never had before”, and the David went over the vehicle pretty thoroughly even though I’m pretty well versed on vehicle tech he did a superb job going over the basics. On top of it all they scheduled a “new vehicle” orientation to go over everything in our new Crosstrek, in detail, and tossed in a gas card for coming it for it, “just can’t beat that kind of service” To top it off, all the employees we had contact with were masked “due to COVID” and I really appreciate that “coming from someone that spent over a week in the hospital and months recovering from it, I don’t want to risk catching it again so I do not go out in public places without a good N95 mask on”. I’ve gone into a few dealerships where no one was masked, didn’t seem to care about distancing and then complained that so many employees were out due to being sick with COVID “go figure”. Subaru Superstore of Surprise “and David our sales man” will have us as customers for years to come as the service we received there is above and beyond any dealership I’ve encountered in many years and all I can say is “Thank You for the respect you’ve shown us and your customers”. I was really hesitant to purchase a new car through a dealership based on previous experiences. David was wonderful and transparent throughout the entire process. I didn't feel that I was just a dollar s dealership based on previous experiences. David was wonderful and transparent throughout the entire process. I didn't feel that I was just a dollar sign nor pressured. I felt that I had someone who wanted to help me find a vehicle that I would love. The transaction was less than 2 hours at the dealership including a test drive and education on all features. Best experience I've had at a dealership from the initial I query to driving off. More
