It also was useful in that he was the owner of the particular model I was purchasing. Also, some friends of ours had recommended this dealership to us due to their excellent experiences with both the sale and service departments. Both gentlemen, Mark and Ovidio, were excellent and made our purchase experience pleasant and satisfying. My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from Mark Ogden at Subaru of Jacksonville. Mark was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. What we soon found out was that because it was “Our money,” Mark wanted to be sure we understood all the SUV’s features and that we bought the vehicle best suited for us. In brief, temp tag was set to expire and requested a new temp to get us beyond the process for obtaining a permanent tag requires a lot of work. Unfortunately, I had to make multiple requests to dealership staff before they followed through with this request; after multiple confirmations that new temp tag was issued and in the mail.
