I'm hooked on Infiniti vehicles and I can't imagine buying from anyone but Infiniti of Kansas City. From sales to service they are top-notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend giving one of their vehicles a test-drive...you won't be disappointed. My personal favorite is the QX 80. In fact, I challenge you to find a second row of seats with more leg room.

I bought Q50 last November & everything seemed fine to me at that time, I moved to Arizona last summer & when I went to infinti dealership over there to do my regular maintenance, I discovered that in Merriam, KS they didn't update the car info in their system.
Up to here I don't have any issue, that happens, but what is not acceptable from my side that when I tried to reach out to them they tried to convince me that this is what Phoenix has to do. & since then nothing changed.
I have been shopping for a car for quite some time. I’ve been to several dealerships and have had not great experiences. At the infinity dealership I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Ramez was persistent in finding me the car I wanted without being overbearing! That is hard to find! i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
