He asked me to confirm my phone number that they call to let you know when your car is finished. I went grocery shopping while I waited and mike estimated it would take them 30min. My appointment was at 2pm let you know when your car is finished. I went grocery shopping while I waited and mike estimated it would take them 30min. My appointment was at 2pm and I finished my shopping at 2:30. My ride drove me back and we wait with the groceries in the car until 3:30. I found it strange I hadn’t heard from them so I called to ask about my vehicle. They told me it had been done and they just assumed I’d show back up after my shopping. I get if you’re low staffed but the man seemed very snotty about it like it was my fault I sat over 30min. If you’re going to ask me to confirm the number you’re supposed to call when my vehicle is done then actually call. I’ve never had an issue before so this was very disappointing. More

Very clean dealership, had my vehicle serviced. Charges were very reasonable, had an estimate on replacing my struts on my 22 year old tundra they were $300 cheaper than anyplace I had checked befo Charges were very reasonable, had an estimate on replacing my struts on my 22 year old tundra they were $300 cheaper than anyplace I had checked before. Needless to say I booked a time to have them replaced!! Great service and parts department!! More
