Service needs to be properly updated in a timely manner and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract. It’s been plenty of times where I would have to and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract. It’s been plenty of times where I would have to wait atleast 3 hours for an oil change I could do in an hour. And why when I request for my car to be washed I could never get it done it always an issue. More

Was able to replace a part that was making noise on the engine and it was covered by warranty. Helpful staff and communicated with me the whole way to make sure I didn’t get charged for anything that I did engine and it was covered by warranty. Helpful staff and communicated with me the whole way to make sure I didn’t get charged for anything that I did not want done to my car. Work was completed in reasonable time, dropped off Saturday afternoon and picked up Monday morning. More

I made 2 appointments to replace a recalled part. The first appointment (in October) was cancelled a day before because they “didn’t have the part available” at that time. I called before my appointment to confirm they had the part and they confirmed that they did. Once I show up for my appointment, an employee informs me that they don’t have the part and they’re not sure when it’ll be delivered. I raised this issue to the manager, who somehow found the part approximately 45 minutes after my appointment time. It’s clear that there’s a lack of consideration for people’s time. I wouldn’t recommend this location. More
