Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit with us. We would like to point out that AC repair is a longer process in general. Usually for AC repair alone, we ask that the vehicle be left the day with our service department. The timing on these items was fast and done with the highest quality of work. In five hours, you had your tires rotated, oil changed, inspection done, and your AC repaired. Quality work takes time, and we don’t like to rush through it, so it is done correctly the first time. We hope you enjoy you cool AC this summer.

You came into the service department at 11:30 and your car was completed at 2:08 for 4 services to be completed. This is a 2-and-a-half-hour appointment time which is pretty normal for 4 services. Please know that our staff is working as quickly as possible while not sacrificing the quality of work completed. Your safety is our top priority and high-quality service work done correctly the first time is how we ensure your safety. We hope to see you again. Take care!
