I had the pleasure of working with Jae Lim for the purchase of my brand new BMW. Not only was Jae easy to work with, but he was very responsive in getting back to me when I had questions about the car purchase of my brand new BMW. Since the vehicle I purchased was specced as if I were to custom order it myself; I knew I had to have it. We were able to make everything work in a matter of days and I'm really satisfied with vehicle and the customer service provided to me. As it relates to Finance, I worked with Mark to close the deal and I felt like he was very straight forward with the financing and wasn't pushy to me on adding any extras if I really didn't want to.
