Overall good dealer experience. But, charging a cc fee is a serious problem and needs to be reconsidered. Find ways to deliver a ' value added' experience so that customers are inclined to only service the vehicle at the dealer rather than a 3rd party service shop. More

From Cat at reception, to Alon in sales, then moving on to Alan All departments work together to make the customer experience smooth and consistent. Lastly, I met Abood in finance and Mark in service who were both very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, about as good an experience as buying a car can be. More
