This is the second time I have been into this dealership where my car was returned to me and the service was incomplete. By that specifically I mean that my dashboard had not been reset after my oil change. where my car was returned to me and the service was incomplete. By that specifically I mean that my dashboard had not been reset after my oil change. Both times, the Service rep couldn't find anybody to do this, commented that they had to look it up on Google and do it themselves, and implied that it wasn't something they normally did, even though I have been going there for years and had never before that had an issue. When service is done, the dashboard should be reset, the service light and other features of warning. I also did not receive a reminder, I called in personally and was rerouted through service scheduling to confirm my appointment. It also took me over a month to get in to get service. I also had to call two times and emailed the service manager to get a return call back to set up an appointment. Clearly, there are glitches between calling in to set a service appointment, how non-Mercedes cars are treated by your service center and the efficiency, or lack there of, in terms of information and service in the service department. Points given for sending out a request for feedback. I really mean that. I do appreciate that. I would love to see things get ironed out in the service department so that I can once again feel confident in bringing my car to this dealership More

I had my car in to have the interior detailed. I asked that the glove box and trunk not be cleaned as both are full. For the first time I used the shuttle service which went quite smoothly. But, when I was picked up following the detail work, I discovered that my car, without my knowledge or agreement, was used to hall a large box that filled my already full trunk. So large that they had to put the read seats down. Among other items in the trunk was a $2,500 antique Persian Rug. I am not at all pleased with this. I'm also wondering if customers cars are routinely used as delivery vehicles? Also, every time I have my car serviced the seat is repositioned and then not returned to where I had and want it. Sometimes, radio stations are changed and left on the changed setting. This just seems inconsistent. Kenneth Andert More
