Great experience! My salesman, Mark Vega, had great customer service, was knowledgeable, and welcoming. Buying my first brand new car was a big deal for me. I was a lit My salesman, Mark Vega, had great customer service, was knowledgeable, and welcoming. Buying my first brand new car was a big deal for me. I was a little nervous and unsure if I would walk away with a car that night. However, Mark answered every question I had, provided me with different options that fit my budget, was patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind, and he made my car buying experience a breeze! Lou Shahinian from finance, went over all my warranty options and paperwork in detail all while keeping me laughing with good conversation. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Today I am a proud owner of a 2019 RAV4 xle thanks to the great team at Sloane Toyota Philadelphia!! More
