They made me wait one month so we could finally reached a deal, then they decided they are going to sell it online at their website with a clean car fax. This truck has $15,000 damage to the front end to it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. I will go out of my way to make sure to tell anyone who will listen about this. More

Amazing experience, redefining the car buying process! So my experience with Elmwood started about 6 months ago when after purchasing a 2016 Dodge Durango at another dealership. That dealership dragged the So my experience with Elmwood started about 6 months ago when after purchasing a 2016 Dodge Durango at another dealership. That dealership dragged their feet in addressing a warranty issue so I decided I would see if Elmwood would be willing to step in and help resolve my issue. That is when I met Paul Jr. Paul Jr. took great care of me. Fast forward to the Bering of March, my wife was hit by a guy who ran a red light and the crash ripped the front of the Durango off. My wife really loved her Durango so I reached out to Dennis at Elmwood and he set me up with Richard Miranda. Richard is the real deal, 44 years in the car business at Elmwood. Richard reached out and I let him know what I was looking for. The process of settling my totaled Dodge took a little longer than I would have liked but never once did I feel like I was being pressured, Richard worked at my pace. Once I finally resolved my insurance issues, Richard located a vehicle that matched my exact request, and had the vehicle at the dealership in 24 hours. With two young kids the process of buying a car can be stressful but from the minute we arrived at the dealership i felt that everyone was there to help. Mark brought my kids hot wheel cars to keep them preoccupied, this simple gesture didn't just impress me, but left a lasting impression on my kids. The Finance manager Noel, made the often adversarial experience of meeting with the finance manager a quick and stressless interaction. In and out in 10 minutes. When it comes down to it, this dealership may not be flashy but what it is and it's very clear, is focused on providing great customer service. Truth be told I could have saved $200 by going back to the original dealer that sold me my 2016, but I recognized that if a dealership focuses on customer service as Elmwood does I will have piece of mind buying from them. This will be my first and only stop when I need to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee. More
