We arrived at the lot to look at a couple of used Jeeps. Hannah approached us and asked if we needed assistance. She talked about the used Jeep Wranglers that were on the lot and showed us them. I gave it to her and she told us for that amount we could look at the new Wranglers. Long story short, we drove out with a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. Hannah was great throughout the whole process. There were some bumps, but Elmwood and Hannah took care of them and stayed within my price point. Hannah was personable and professional. I had an appointment with Tasca Jeep and she told me that whatever it takes, Elmwwod Jeep will make it happen. I work in law enforcement and it takes a lot to get me to trust. Hannah earned my trust and my business in the future. Plus we shared the same last name. More

Matt Silveira was an incredible salesperson. When we spoke with Matt regarding the time frame Matt stated time was not an issue if we wanted to test drive the Jeep we had an interest in. Matt took us on a great test drive and then went inside to work out the numbers and my trade and a deal was done on a Friday night around 730 pm. Sales was low pressure, compared to other dealerships I've dealt with, but they didn't follow up on a repair that was needed, like they said they would, I had to fix the issue myself, rather than waiting I've dealt with, but they didn't follow up on a repair that was needed, like they said they would, I had to fix the issue myself, rather than waiting for their reply.
