I was quite lucky to find myself working with 'Wick' and felt that he had our (my wife Donna and I) best interests in mind throughout. My wife and I were both treated professionally at every stage of the purchase; so much so, that we bought TWO cars. In fact, we also found our selves negotiating for a third Lexus, that being the LC 500. All in all, I find myself very satisfied. Yes I am starting this review with a great big red bow on my experience buying a car at this dealership from Mark Wickham. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who allowed us the time to make a very important decision buying our first Mercedes Benz GLE. It was a big decision for us and we were thankful we were not pressured in any way or bullied like we felt we were treated at another dealership. We visited dealerships in Augusta, Greenville and Columbia and the buying experience at Jim Hudson in Columbia is the best by far! Mark knows how to listen to his customers and answer questions when required. Hopefully, Mark is training your sales staff on how to make the car buying experience a good one from beginning to end. Linda and I can not say enough how much we enjoyed, yes, enjoyed buying our car from Jim Hudson. And let me express how thrilled my wife was to go out to get in her Mercedes Benz and see it sparkling and gleaming with a huge red bow on top. I've never never experienced that before in all my 30 years of car buying. More

After extensive discussion as to my needs, Mark selected several cars for me, all of which were great vehicles. The guidance offered me by Mark and other members of the Jim Hudson staff was invaluable to me in making the 'correct' final decision. Most importantly, I absolutely love driving this car. I can assure you that I can't remember a car that has given me more driving pleasure (even when compared to my Porsche days as a much younger man). In summary, my experience with Mark Wickham and Lexus was so excellent that I bought a second Lexus for my wife! Need I say more? More
