Ken Garff Honda Riverdale was a great dealership for buying our new car. Marna was our salesperson and she was excellent! I have never met a more laid-back salesperson in my life! she was patient, a buying our new car. Marna was our salesperson and she was excellent! I have never met a more laid-back salesperson in my life! she was patient, answered all our questions thoroughly, and was not pushy at all. I really appreciate her going at our pace, rather than always trying to close the deal immediately - something I think other salespeople would be wise to emulate. It was also nice to only deal with one person from start to finish - instead of being shuffled off to finance or service like at other dealerships. Overall a very good experience, and I would recommend this dealership, and especially Marna, to others. More
