We came to Herb Chambers and met with Marque Hoenig our salesman and Mike Demers and the General manager himself Daniel Bortolussi. Since we walked into the building we were greeted with a smile and honest straightforward service. Marque was extremely professional and knowledgeable. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiation. He made sure he asked all the right questions to get my mother in laws payment where it needed to be and that she was comfortable. Mike Demers was great as well, making sure everything was a smooth process and it just sealed the deal when the GM came over to thank us for being there, and told us he would make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Herb Chamber in Auburn. Ask for Marque Hoenig - or Mike Demers!!! And stay away from Harr Toyota!!! More

Buying a Car From Marque Hoenig I have known Marque Hoenig since 2006, he is a first class guy! In 2006 I purchased a Toyota Prius from him at Herb Chambers Auburn. All the years bet I have known Marque Hoenig since 2006, he is a first class guy! In 2006 I purchased a Toyota Prius from him at Herb Chambers Auburn. All the years between whenever I've stopped in for my regular service he's always had a friendly word. Finally at 325,000 miles the Prius is near ready for retirement, as is another car we own, we naturally came to Marque for help looking for a vehicle. The entire process was honest, fast, efficient and actually a pleasure. We chose a late model Corolla. Because Marque made it so easy, we are very pleased with, and confident in the car. Marque makes things seem easy..! I despise the car buying process, and most aspects of the experience--but Marque Hoenig makes it easy. We're lucky that we work directly with Marque, I despise the car buying process, and most aspects of the experience--but Marque Hoenig makes it easy. We're lucky that we work directly with Marque, and I appreciate his efforts tremendously. He never pressures, he simply takes the wishlist you present and turns it into reality. He's an expert on the nuances of a vehicle's features, and takes the time to be sure you know what that weird button under the steering wheel does before you drive off. Herb Chambers Toyota is clean, well maintained, and there's always a flurry of activity. I find it overwhelming to have so many sales staff floating around, but it also means you're not left to get lost in the huge selection of options. (There's also ice cream!) I rate HC Toyota 5 stars, simply because Marque represents the organization so well. We did work with another individual who had less sophisticated sales tactics, and came in as the "heavy" to close the deal. I find that insulting, honestly. I understand the strategy in negotiations, however I am also a firm believer in treating people with respect and integrity. Marque has certainly earned that; his peers should learn from his example. More

They certainly know how to run a business and get the job done with the customer top of mind. They also service our 2006 Avalon and have is humming like it is brand new, and my husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee. There is no reason to ever venture elsewhere. No hassle deals or trying o get you to do extra repair work, straight forward the whole way. Excited to hear that they are expanding the service area that Jeff Krasner leads. They are so good that they need to expand for customers know it is the place to go no matter how far away, and we are 30 minutes from there! Just Great! More
