When he suggested the Scion lease as a good option for our kids, but didn't have one currently on the lot, we test drove the car at another lot and returned to Marque and Herb Chambers to finish the deal. Happy to report that five months later everyone is still thrilled with the cars. The TC's are sporty and powerful. I started off working with Lauren Ostiguy online and she was very helpful and full of knowledge.. My salesperson Marque Hoenig provided excellent service including going to another dealership to pick up my vehicle in a timely fashion. He was kind, courteous, and appreciated the fact that I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership because of the crazy winter we have been enduring. I was more than impressed and appreciated all the extra time he put into the sale. I also worked with Chris Stockert to finalize all the paperwork and he was great too. He was nice and very pleasant to work with on the deal. With that said, it made up for the bad experience i had on another purchase of a used vehicle which was over a year ago and their is no hard feelings because misconceptions happen when the proper information is not revealed. I left Herb Chambers feeling happy and it was great that they listened to my needs. The Highlander is such a nice vehicle!! Thank you everyone!!! He worked closely with Imad to ensure that I was able to get the exact model I wanted at the price I could afford. When I returned to pick up my new Rav4, there was an issue with turning in my old lease--Shawn was able to work with Marque to ensure that none of the issues fell onto me and instead took care of everything! Marque Hoenig came highly recommended, and i brought my friend along also.The dealership was clean and well appointed, everybody was friendly and someone always opened the front door with a greeting-very nice.Marque was very knowledgeable about the cars- the specifics, the pros/cons etc. and listened carefully to my needs-basically a reliable car within my monthly budget.There was absolutely no pressure to buy,which is incredible!I had been shopping around at other dealerships,and was always literally bombarded as soon as i would alight from my car.Congratulations Toyota/Auburn for not doing that and being much more classy.I test drove my car and made my decision within the week for several reasons. I wanted the dealership servicing my new car to be within my neighborhood, i did not want to drive miles away to do this.The numbers financially made sense, and i felt Marque Hoenig deserved my business.
