I went back to the dealership to correct it, but they dismissed the signed OOD as “not valid.” ⚠️ If you shop here, double-check all paperwork — don’t trust just the first number they give you. I am now filing complaints with: Florida Attorney General (FDUTPA complaint) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (TILA disclosure discrepancy) This review is to warn other buyers, not to attack — but facts matter, and documents must match. I live in Palm Beach County and could not find a good enough deal locally. I called Jerry Ulm CDJR who had the exact truck I was looking for not afraid to travel to buy one. I negotiated a deal on a 2025 RAM 1500 Tungsten 4x4 over the phone with Devonte Myles and his management team. We were quickly able to come to an OTD price that was better than the price they previously quoted me four (4) months prior when the truck arrived from the manufacturer. I booked a flight from FLL to TPA which the dealership is located only a few miles away from the airport. Devonte Myles had the truck clean and paperwork complete. Martin Gero made the finance paperwork easy to understand and quickly to execute. I was in and out the door in my new truck in just over one (1) hour. I sincerely appreciate the Jerry Ulm CDJR Team and highly recommend if you are shopping for a new RAM to give Devonte Myles and the Jerry Ulm CDJR management and finance team a chance to sell you one.
