There was a time when I hardly trusted the personnel in the service department. Always trying to push "product" instead of recommending. It felt like I wouldn't get my car back in one piece. Only a coup the service department. Always trying to push "product" instead of recommending. It felt like I wouldn't get my car back in one piece. Only a couple of people made the service department "approachable". Now, it seems the business has invested in some really good talent at the service desks. Respectable, approachable, and leaving at the end of an appointment feeling taken care of. Rodney has made that type of connection. I want to be treated as a customer in need, and not feel like I'm pestering or wasting people's time coming in. Make sure this is an on-going point to be taught to all the staff at Honda of Kenosha. People will be comfortable spending their hard earned money where they feel comfortable. And trust comes from feeling comfortable. Thanks again. More
